✅For individual tonic and maintenance, rinse and boil the herbs in 1.2L to 1.5L of water for about 45min to 1 hour. Repeat for second boiling.

Rinse and cook the herbs along with 200g to 300g of your preferred ingredients in 2L to 3L of water for about 2 hours or longer. Add seasoning. Serving 2-3 persons.

For individual tonic and maintenance, rinse and boil the herbs in 1.2L to 1.5L of water for about 45min to 1 hour. Repeat for second boiling.
