Rinse the herbs and scald meat in boiling water for 5 mintues.

Put all ingredients in a pot with 2.5-3 litres of water.

Bring to a boil with high heat then simmer for about 2-3 hours.

Add Woflberry and season with salt. Serving for 3-4 persons.
